Rihanna Pulls A Lorde With New Song “Towards The Sun”

Sound the alarms! Rihanna's debuted a new track. It may not be the full, hotly anticipated eighth studio album, but we'll take as much new Rihanna material as we can get. "Towards the Sun" comes off the soundtrack for Rih's new movie Home. (Yep, pop's Bad Gal is dipping her feet in Hollywood again.) Not only has she voiced the main character, she's gone and pulled a Lorde and curated the entire movie's soundtrack, which is due March 17 (the movie comes out March 27). Rihanna seems to have pulled a Lorde sonically, as well. "Towards the Sun" features a hard marching beat and booming chorus backing. Consider this a call to arms. Rihanna's Navy, take note! (Complex)
