The Kanye West Good Samaritan tour continued in Austin last week, after the rapper gave a fan something he'll never forget. Elliot Briones attended West's concert, but despite having prime seats in the second row, he couldn't see the stage because he's in a wheelchair. "There were a lot of people blocking me, and Kanye noticed," Briones told E! News. "Kanye told the security guard to give me the mic," he added.
And, give him the mic they did.
After the show, the security guard found Briones and handed him the very same microphone West used for his performance, just as he had promised. "I want to thank him," Briones said "It's up in my room."
The normally brusque rapper has shown a softer side in recent weeks, first when he listened to a fan freestyle on the streets of New York, then he gladly signed another fan's counterfeit Yeezy sneakers. Whether it's married life that's mellowed out Kanye, fatherhood, or both, we like good Yeezus much better.
