The people have spoken, and Open Table has released its crowdsourced list of the best outside dining experiences across the country. The stats come from five million reviews rating around 19,000 venues; that's views, service, and dishes all voted on by real dining aficionados. Not a huge surprise, California and Florida took home 35 and 23 awards respectively. Arizona, Hawaii, and D.C. came away with some foodie honors of their own.
