    Ah, the warm-weather conundrum: To moisturize or not to moisturize? On one hand, wearing moisturizer in sticky, humid weather can make your face feel like it's suffocating. On the other hand, you don't want your skin to be under-nourished — or end up totally dried out as soon as you step foot into the AC.

    It's a tricky scenario, for sure, which is why we were so psyched to see that hydrating powders are back and better than ever. It may sound like an oxymoron, but more and more companies are creating finishing powders and powder foundations that are infused with hydrating ingredients such as marine minerals, omega-3 fatty acids, and hyaluronic acid. Meaning: Your skin will be even and smooth, but never cakey or overly matte. This is otherwise known as the elusive middle ground between summer glow and hot, sweaty mess.
