Photo: Beretta/REX USA. "Who Wore It Better?" can be a challenging game. Do we go with the star we adore, or the celeb who actually rocked the best style? Well, we love Emma Stone, and she happens to look amazing in suiting, so this round is easy: Stone trumps Andrew Garfield, hands down.
We suspect, though, that Garfield doesn't mind losing a sartorial battle to his girlfriend. The couple and The Amazing Spider-Man 2 costars stepped out Wednesday in coordinated, menswear-inspired outfits. Andrew wore a two-tone Canadian tuxedo with a brown blazer, while Stone sported a seriously sharp suit from the Saint Laurent fall '14 runway. She completed the look with black, pointy-toed pumps and Oliver Peoples shades that nearly matched her hair.
Of course, Garfield looks great, too, but there's no argument as to whose menswear reigned supreme. After all, it's impossible to beat pinstripes, checks, and a perfectly oversized jacket over stovepipe trousers. Sorry, Andrew — all's fair in love and tailoring.
