7 Celebrity TMIs That'll Make You Say What?!

Remember the days when celebrities were like rare birds? We only saw them on talk shows or in theaters, and whenever they spoke it was in the form of beautiful prose carefully crafted by a publicist. Well, neither do we.
We live in a culture of oversharing — we can thank social media for that — and celebrities are just as guilty of it as anyone. Some, like the Kardashians, have made a career of letting us in, while others, like Jennifer Lawrence, seem to just feel compelled to spill their guts. Sure, we as a public crave this kind of transparency, but when is certain information just too much information? Should celebrities be held to a higher standard of reticence simply because they're famous?

We collected a sampling of some of the wildest cases of the celebrity overshare, and found a mixed bag of charming, awkward, and just straight weird expressions of free speech. But, are these celebrity TMIs really too much? Weigh in below!

Jennifer Lawrence
Jennifer Lawrence’s chronic case of verbal diarrhea is legendary. But, J Lawr took it to new heights when she sat down opposite David Letterman to promote Catching Fire late last year. “I thought I had an ulcer, and it turns out it was a fulcer,” she told the late-night host. “I just had this really bad pain for, like, three weeks. And, you can only sh*t your pants so many times a day before you have to go to the emergency room — before you're like, ‘I need to go to the hospital.'" While most Hollywood starlets could never get away with such a bold admission, Lawrence’s candor only made us love her more. Go figure.

Diddy
His last name isn't Combs for nothing. In an interview with Allure, the rap mogul confessed to being a proponent of some very meticulous grooming habits. "I shave and groom my private areas. It's a better presentation for me," he said. "If men require women to go through the pain, we should return the favor." The fight for gender equality has a new spokesperson, people.

Shailene Woodley
Sometimes it feels like Shailene Woodley’s lack of an internal censor is pulled straight from the Jennifer Lawrence playbook (Making America Love You, it would be called if it were an actual book). So, when the Divergent star told Into The Gloss that she likes, uh, get some sun where the sun don't shine, we weren’t all that surprised. "I was reading an article, written by an herbalist I studied, about yeast infections and other genital issues. She said there’s nothing better than vitamin D,” Woodley admitted. "If you’re feeling depleted, go in the sun for an hour and see how much energy you get. Or, if you live in a place that has heavy winters, when the sun finally comes out, spread your legs and get some sunshine.” Will do, Shailene. Will do.

Robert Pattinson
Listen up, fellas. The key to having the best head of hair in Hollywood is quite simple, according to Robert Pattinson. Just don't wash it. Like, ever. "I haven't washed my hair in about six weeks," the Twilight star once admitted to Extra. "It's disgusting." We know about a billion ladies who would disagree. (And, at least one who thinks that's actually a great beauty trick.)

Angelina Jolie
Before she became the global humanitarian and the perennial mother-of-the-year winner she is today, Angelina Jolie was something of a wild child. Blood necklaces, tattoos, and Billy Bob Thornton. But, none of that held a candle to when she open-mouth kissed her older brother James Haven at the 2000 Oscars, taking the PDA to weird, wild new heights.

James Franco
James Franco has been notoriously private about his sexual relationships with other people. But, when it comes to his sexual relationship with himself, Hollywood's favorite actor-slash-everything is an open book. "I spend a fair amount of time alone, especially when I travel, maybe to something like this or for work or whatever, but I'm in hotels a lot for a lot of my life. And, I don't mind it because I have a lot of stuff to do on my own," Franco once told The Hollywood Reporter. "I have a lot of reading to do for school or whatever. So, when I'm alone, I do masturbate a lot. I don't know why. It's like you have those days where it's just like, 'I have a ton of writing to do, or a ton of reading to do,' and you're just like, 'okay, I'm going to be on the couch all day or in bed all day just doing that.'...I tend to have a four- or five-time day."

Kourtney Kardashian
Gasp! A Kardashian made our list of celebrity oversharing? Who would've thunk it! Okay, so that's sarcasm. But, while Kim is the most prone to over exposure of all three Kardashian sisters, it's Kourtney who took the prize for the reality clan's greatest TMI of all time when she admitted to tasting her own breast milk. Even sister Khloe was freaked out, tweeting "Kourt just admitted that she tasted her own breast milk. Ummmm TMI." We're with you on that one, Khloe.
