The very public smooch happened during Cyrus' Bangerz Tour concert in Los Angeles on Saturday night. The platinum-haired pop star was singing "Adore You" when she spied Perry in the front row and leaned over for a kiss. Spur-of-the-moment decision or totally orchestrated stunt? You be the judge.
We're sure Perry's beau, John Mayer, won't be too jealous. Robin Thicke, on the other hand, just might. (ET)
