18 Hilarious Red-Carpet Bloopers

Bloopers used to mean "mistakes" or accidents, but with Easter eggs in post-movie credits and funny on-set mishaps going viral, any filmed and adorable gaffe can now be described as a blooper. Since celebrities are so heavily mediated during promotional tours, walking red carpets four or five times a week, every single move of theirs is captured. And, sometimes, they gotta let loose.
Some celebs manage a cool façade 24/7. But, some (and those are the ones we find most interesting) forget to keep it stoic 100% of the time. So, here are our favorite images of some wonderful notables gettin' a little weird, a bit goofy, and heartwarming on the red carpet. Bloopers have never been so charming.

Wouldn't Rachel Dratch be the best person to have at a sleepover? She'd be like a mom, but a really cool, feeding-you-sugar-after-10 mom.

It's not the pose that is so curious about this photo of Robert Downey Jr. — it's the green-socked, neckerchief, rope-belted weirdness that's going on in its entirety. It's tai chi, RDJ-style.

Honestly, this whole slideshow could just be Emma Thompson, who was like Jennifer Lawrence on the red carpet before Jennifer Lawrence. (Side note: How great does that dress look on her?)

Cara Delevingne isn't just okay at making goofy faces. She is a bona fide pro at mugging for the camera in her own unique, wrinkle-nosed, cross-eyed, tongue-lolled glory.

Here are three of Hollywood's most serious and staid men acting like a bunch of goofs. Our only regret: that we can't hear the magical tune that is making them dance.
