Drinking Tons Of Water Gave One Woman A Total Skin Makeover

Looks like we can stop hating all of the models and actresses that chalk up their beautiful skin to "drinking lots of water." A woman confessed to The Daily Mail that her skin completely changed after she increased her water intake from around three glasses a day to three liters a day for a month — and she included pictures to prove it.
Our jaws dropped when we saw the transformation — writer Sarah Smith's wrinkles, redness, and dark circles completely disappeared, leaving nothing behind but glowing, even skin. What's more, Smith reports that her digestion, energy levels, and cognition improved (not to mention that she lost weight in the process). Although we've heard from trusted dermatologists that drinking water doesn't affect the state of your skin, we're now convinced that the only thing standing between us and Kate-Bosworth-worthy skin is a whole lot of H2O. Ah, Internet, you are so fickle.
