Obama, often known as a hero to the sick and suffering because of his dedication to providing affordable health care for all, has proven his dedication to both pregnant ladies and those with chronic conditions in one fell swoop.
Earlier today, the President of the United States steadied a fainting, 20-week pregnant, diabetic woman with his arms. How's that for a superhero commander in chief? His response to the fact that this woman was rapidly losing consciousness? "This happens when I talk too long."
The pregnant woman in question, Karmel Allison, later took to Twitter to thank the champion of the ACA: "I'm ok world- just got a little lightheaded. Thanks, @BarackObama for catching me! And good thing this pregnant diabetic is pregnant :)" (The Telegraph)
