4 Drinks To Celebrate National Watermelon Day The Right Way

If you haven't been preparing for National Watermelon Day on August 3, then perhaps you've been doing a bit too much royal-baby stalking. Forget the Brits! This U.S. of A. holiday needs to be celebrated in full force, and there's no better way to do that than by mixing up a tastebud-swooning cocktail (or four).
Some of our favorite NYC bars have given us the how-to on proper watermelon libations, each with an unexpected twist of their own — we're talking everything from chiles to brews. And, with drinks like these, there's zero chance that this melon-merriment will be a bust. Get those shakers ready, because your Saturday plans have just been settled.
