Designer collaborations are two-a-penny these days, but there are still some unique pairings that make us sit up and take notice. Case in point: the recent revelation that beauty brand Rodial has partnered with designer extraordinaire Mary Katrantzou to create a — wait for it — candle. In addition to its gorgeous packaging, its intoxicating scent of lemon, orange blossom, and pineapple is truly lovely.
The colorful, graphic print on the candle’s cover is inspired by Katrantzou’s iconic Nature Vs. Nurture collection. It goes on sale in September and will be priced at £35 — a little steep for a candle, but for the chance to own an iconic print from a designer whose designs are only going to become more and more collectible, it's a price we can see ourselves paying.
