In the 10-page portfolio shot by Jan Welters, Cyrus reveals the extent of the paparazzi's merciless attempts to track her every move, "I feel like Rapunzel. Rapunzel with a mohawk!" And how she has learned her lesson about revealing all on social media, "We were too nice to the world and gave them too much insight — into my life and my puppies and my house — and I just don’t feel they get that privilege any more.
