We are still reeling from the PJ-clad loveliness that was the Louis Vuitton fall '13 show. Seriously, we are trading in our flannel nighties for filmy silk slips and satin button-up sleep suits, stat. Okay, it's still cold out, and we might be getting just a bit carried away. But, the show did make a real impact on us.
That’s why we’re thrilled that Love magazine has released a video documenting what went down behind the scenes. True to Katie Grand’s vision, the film is so much more than shots of models getting their make up done. Cara Delevingne, Edie Campbell, and Georgia Jagger are filmed by director James Lima, stalking the Rue du Pont-Neuf in various states of undress.
This glimpse of the woman who Marc Jacobs envisioned for his fall '13 collection is incredibly telling. She's visible in everything from the body language to the poses the models strike, making it almost hard to differentiate the models from one another.
Plus, the soundtrack by Steve Mackey adds to the charged yet languid mood. Paris and Louis Vuitton have never looked better.
