Scully Gillian Anderson doesn't get out much these days. Or, if she does, we don't always realize it — without the red hair, she's a totally different gal...and a beautiful one at that. If you think she's still stuck in her X-Files-era pantsuits, think again. The actress showed up at the 2012 Harper's Bazaar Women of the Year awards in a stunning golden gown by Nicholas Oakwell.

This is a great look for her — rather than looking washed out (which is tough, considering her glowing skin and radiant blonde locks match the dress perfectly), she's just a shining beam of chic. Long sleeves don't always work on the red carpet, but she's managed to pull it off. Even a hardcore skeptic like Scully can't deny that this look is a hit!
