Elle Fanning Channels Madeline In An Adorable Schoolgirl Frock
Elle Fanning, who has been living in London while filming Maleficent, attended Topshop Unique’s show yesterday wearing a Madeline-inspired shift dress. Looking cute as a button, she wore a powder-blue shirt underneath the navy-blue frock and accessorized with knee-high riding boots. She finished off her schoolgirl look with a ponytail tied with a plaid bow.
Given the recent spate of young starlets photographed in next-to-nothing getups, we applaud the 14-year-old’s styling choice. Not only is the outfit age appropriate, but it is also super adorable. Needless to say, we’re inspired. We just might replicate a slightly grown-up version of this look for our summer-to-fall transition wardrobes. What do you think?
