The light-up wig was made possible with the help of hairstylist Frederic Aspiras and ARTPOP, the name of Gaga's upcoming album title and multimedia venture. In her best pseudo-British accent, Gaga cites "a Disney princess in a rave" as inspiration. We expect no less from Gaga; in fact, we're surprised she didn't think of this sooner.
