One scrumptious constant in a city of ever-changing weather, trends, and parking meter rates is the fact that we're never ever short on restaurant and bar openings. The video below lets you in on a little secret called RM Champagne Salon, a champagne and cheese bar (to use a low-brow word for a high-brow concept), set to open in February of 2012, behind the forthcoming Nellcôte restaurant. The video is more enticing than a movie trailer — so much so that we found ourselves, for once, wishing for February.
