We ran some preview images of a nearly unrecognizable (but still super-fine) Amber Valetta who looked like she had taken a trip on a time machine, but now we know the story behind the wrinkly pic. The photoshoot (shot by Steven Klein) depicts Amber through various stages of aging (the oldest being 120 years old) and will debut in conjunction with a video installation called 'Time Capsule' to be shown at the Park Avenue Armory next Monday. Said Valletta about the process, "I was a little scared. I didn’t know if there would be some push back at me in the industry, but it’s been very positive. As a woman, I was concerned, but art is about facing those fears and exploring something you might not be ready to explore."
