We knew better than to leave our Nikon at home when we hit up the Weltenbuerger opening party on Abbot Kinney. The super-stylish guest list at the official unveiling of the Westside venue was just a sampling of what's to come for the new beach-town boutique.
But, in a sea of summer styles, Jillian Cainghug and her BFF Jessica Hang stood out in completely complementary looks — because that's what friends are for, right? Besides Cainghug's dope 'do, we couldn't take our eyes off of the Weltenbuerger store manager's 69 halter dress and Vena Cava platforms. Meanwhile, bestie Hang was also in neutral territory in a cropped Isabell de Hillerin top, vintage cotton trousers, and a pair of sandals from her travels to Greece.
Lesson learned: Keep your friends close and your style soul mates closer.
