1. Begin with a brow powder, or pencil shade that matches the lightest color of your hair. For example, if you are brunette with blonde highlights, begin with the blonde first.
2. Dab a flat-tip brush in eyebrow powder and apply it to the arch, concentrating on the center of the eyebrow. Or if you’re using a brow pencil, apply with short strokes.
3. Then use a darker shade and tap in the color wherever more definition is needed. Use a dry Q-tip to diffuse and fluff the color, but be sure to keep the edges sharp.
4. Create even more definition by adding a little concealer at the edges of the brow.
