Melanie (left) "I direct the fashion and lifestyle practice, so a typical day includes anything from scouting emerging designers to brainstorming a cool new way to use social media for a client. Lots of managing!"

Jennifer R. (center) "No two days are alike! I do everything from chatting with media to planning events to coordinating with stylists."

Jennifer L. (right) "There's only one thing that's consistent from day to day, and that's my morning latte! My responsibilities range from attending fashion week in Australia and NYC, launching new brands, and sending samples out for editorial inclusion."
