    Everyone has harbored fantasies of being on The Amazing Race or traveling to some far-flung locale with an agenda as unpredictable as Roman traffic patterns. Well, while you guys sit around and fantasize, we're actually headed out on our own adventure very soon, in the form of an NEXTPEDITION from American Express Travel mystery trip to some unknown European destinations for a guaranteed good time (to find out more about how you can get your own custom-planned adventure, take the travel sign quiz over at NEXTPEDITION).

    The first challenge of the trip was deciding what to bring. Without prior knowledge of where we're going, what we're doing, or even what the weather is going to be like, some strategic packing was necessary to ensure that we don't end up standing at the foot of a hiking trail in stilettos or wearing our flannel out dancing.
