It's only fitting that one of our fave spots to throw a birthday bash is having a blow-out NYE throw down to ring in 2013. The Cabaret Ball, held in DTLA at The Edison, is sure to attract plenty of gals in garters — but if you're the type to be sexy without to much show, grab a leg-baring feathered mini skirt and pair it with some dancing shoes booties. Just don't forget some bling for the ol' razzle dazzle.
