Brick Lane has long been our go-to for vintage and vindaloos in London, but its latest boutique is throwing a little "something new" into the mix. Inspired by the concept of a single source—in this case, design duo Silvio Orrico and Sonia Tauhid—spawning two unique personalities, the his-and-her wares at Twins Diverses share the same DNA, but little else. While the men's line of graphic tees, denim and a standout yellow biker jacket skews casual, the more delicate, dressier women's pieces include Euro-chic skirts and trousers with intricate pleats and scalloped edges. Boasting olive and dusty rose walls with some French chanteuse invariably singing in the background, the cozy space sports vintage boudoir charms like a pink chaise lounge, dressmaker's mannequin, and plumbing pipe-style clothing racks from which gauzy sheer-paneled tops from Moldives and Lovely Fish also hang—at least until the pair's second boutique opens in the next few months. Double our pleasure? Don't mind if we do.
