For every puffed-out chest (and derriere) photo you saw from last night, there are a hundred outtakes with closed eyes and stepped-on trains. We're not here to blow up anyone's spot — we'd be the first to face-plant on those stairs! — but we do want to celebrate the quieter, less photographed moments that lead up to the red carpet.
