We can't help it: The dogs completely sucked us in. Sure, Kristy Hinze's jet-setter style and gig as host of Project Runway Australia had us crushing on the supermodel. But when news hit that the gal from Down Under decided to take her passion for pooches to the next level with a Design District boutique, we were in puppy love.

Hinze's new venture, Legitimutt, proves her commitment to pampering pets, from her own schnauzers to rescue pups. Locally produced and totally chic, the pet accessories on sale here define K-9 cute — without the kitsch. And, for an added touch of warm and fuzzy, Hinze also helps shelters find homes for future Legitimutt-wearers all around the city. We sat down with the model citizen to talk (dog) shop, Miami faves, and fashion tips. Oh, and we did it all while on a play date with three of her cutest "customers." Dogs, shoes, and style? Woof!
