    Everyone throws in their two cents when it comes to dresses at award ceremonies and red carpet events, but this is the motha-you-know-what-in' Met Gala — arguably the most sartorially savvy party of the year — and the fashion press will buzzing on a whole 'nother level. To bide our time before the paparazzi photos, we decided to beat celebs to the potential outfit punch. Enter our list of 10 designer dresses worthy of the night and 10 familiar faces we hope will wear them. Of course we're not trying to change anyone's style here (we totally embrace the Fanning's girly flair, Emma Stone's glamourous side, and Tina Fey's subtle-yet-classy look), we just wanted to play stylist and okay, maybe push the boundaries a little. If nothing else, we can see ourselves in all our fave frocks from fall and spring's hottest runway shows...should the occasion and the price tag allow. In the meantime, we'll dole them out to the stars to refresh their go-to (albeit equally divine) old faithfuls — Tilda, darling, we're lookin' at you.
