Etsy Spotlight: 3 DIYers We're Loving Right Now
One of our favorite ways to relax, especially during these (sometimes-lazy) holiday weeks, includes scavenging Etsy for the most original vendors — those who often blow our minds with their handmade goods. To share the love, each month we're spotlighting the vendors who stand out, celebrating the people who truly know the meaning of DIY. We’ve asked fashion and lifestyle blogger Emma of The Emma Edition, to dish on her current Etsy obsessions. We promise, this month's picks go above and beyond. Consider it a little holiday gift from us, to you.

Ulalá — Lately, fashion has been regularly seeking out the scientific community for inspiration. From the molecular geometrics gracing the Marc Jacobs runway to Christopher Kane’s medicinal jelly bags and collars, we've seen these distinctly right-brained touches everywhere. Most recently, Fendi’s spring '12 collection, took inspiration from Rita Levi-Montalcini, a 102-year-old neurologist, to phenomenal effect. Ulalá integrates that same notion of science into its accessories, in a fascinating way. In this Etsy shop, you’ll find paintballs crossed with atomic structures, resulting in mind-blowing jewelry. They’re made by a designer named Blanca (which means white in Spanish), but the pieces come only in vibrant, monochromatic hues.
Prince range: $24 - $45
