Epic restaurant is hosting an interactive cocktail class on Thursday, February 21, at 6 p.m. for just $25 a pop. Beverage director Michael Cristiani will be teaching participants (like you!) how to mix up culinary creations like a good ol' Sazerack (Templeton rye, bitters, absinthe) that are worth taking note of so you can whip 'em up at home and impress your friends come patio season.
