By now, you've had the chance to peruse the offerings of British fashion giant Topshop/Topman. The store's Thursday opening might as well have been a city-wide holiday. While we love that they're here, what we really love is that the brand is making its Chicago landing special in a beautiful way—with nail-polish. Windy City Blue is the Chicago-exclusive nail-polish color designed by Topshop just for us. This blue hue is ideally what the waters of the Chicago River would look like, if it were only, you know, clean. We got some info on the cool color's origin from Louisa Maaldrink, Topshop Make Up Senior Buyer: "Inspiration was the windy skies of Chicago—moody city blues.
