Take a little bit of MGMT, mix in some Au Revoir Simone, then add some anthemic percussion, and you’re getting close to the sound of Brooklyn four-piece, TEEN. “Better,” a highlight of the synth-pop band's upcoming In Limbo, is a no-apologies summertime sing-along, whose repetitive drums and bleating synths are buoyed by the most optimistic chorus we’ve heard all year. It also helps that the video plays like a montage of summer's best moments, just waiting to happen. When TEEN says “I’ll do it better,” they mean it.
