We know Lady Gaga's the grand poobah of pant-less attire, but apparently her influence has gotten hold of young Courtney Love-lookalike, Taylor Momsen. We spotted the 16-going-on-30-year-old at Teen Vogue's Bleecker Street block party sporting a decidedly mature look with hair extensions, an asymmetrical button-down, and—gasp!—garters. Should someone report her mom to the Stage Mothers With Blinders Association (helmed by Dina Lohan, of course). We can't be sure if Taylor could be sporting the shortest hot-pants known to man, but when we can see skin barely an inch from her ladytown, what's the difference? So, are we being prudish or is this pants-down look edgy?
