Painted Ladies: Sephora Launching In-Shop Nail Bar

Need a quick mani/pedi in Union Square? As of later this month, you'll need to look no further than Sephora. Starting July 25, the Powell Street store (along with the Times Square location in NYC) will debut Sephora Nail Studio Art + Lacquer Services shop-in-shops. According to
WWD
, the beauty giant, which is based in both France and San Francisco, is partnering with XpresSpa—an airport-based chain providing quick spa services for on-the-go travelers—on the venture. "With nail art proving to be an increasingly popular trend and growth category, the creation of the Sephora Nail Studio Art + Lacquer Services featuring XpresSpa was a natural service extension for us," Sephora's SVP of Marketing, Sharon Rothstein, tells WWD. “With XpresSpa already being a luxury spa destination for business and leisure travelers located in major international airports, we knew that with them as our partners we would be able to execute nail services with the level of expertise that would meet not just Sephora’s expectations but also our clients." Mani-seekers can expect the latest and greatest polishes by Dior, NARS, Nails Inc. London, Sephora by OPI, Illamasqua, Perfect Formula, and the Sephora Collection to be at your disposal, along with in-shop Sephora "Nail Stylists" milling about to answer all your pressing nail art queries.

Sephora, 33 Powell Street (between Eddy and Ellis streets); 415-362-9360.
