To get the look, shade in just the outer corners of your lids below the crease, using a bright-turquoise eye pencil. Use a smudger brush (or the sponge end of your liner) to diffuse the color into your skin for an ethereal effect. Next, up the flirty factor with false lashes. If you’re a newbie, place a hand mirror on a table and look down at your nose as you apply each strip as close to your lashline as possible. Press lightly along the strip until the glue dries. Then, swirl a melon-colored blush on the apples of your cheeks for a bit of brightness. Finish off with a few swipes of brick-red lip gloss, giving this pretty pastel look a little autumnal edge.
