Rag & Bone Takes Us On a Heart-Thumping, Woodsy Runway Dash

rag-and-bone-spring-10-1
We've come to expect great staples from Rag & Bone, and this season's equestrian-gone-woodsman collection did not disappoint. But where designers David Neville and Marcus Wainwright skimped frills, they made up for by turning the catwalk into a trip into Adderall-City. With the bass pumping so hard our show notes turned into pointillism sketches and the models hurtling down the runway so fast our necks began to hurt, we started to feel as if we were being secretly hypnotized--though we could have just as easily been mesmerized by the blazers with tails, sharp styling, and comfy pants that ran the gamut from slouchy sweats to what looked like chic hospital scrubs. Clean, crisp, and ever-classic, Rag & Bone also attracted famous faces like Charlize Theron and the girly posse of Jessica Szohr, Jessica Stam, and Margherita Missoni who would all look great in the line's back-to-basics pieces--whether they're sprinting to the beats of Mstrkrft or not.
