Don't tell us. When it comes to finding your next home, you've tried the usual suspects like Westside Rentals and Craigslist — and even cruised the streets aimlessly — all to no avail. Sound familiar? We've gone down that road, too, and so has the entrepreneur Jonathan Eppers, who was on the hunt for his own perfect SoCal pad. When he realized the need for a more intuitive option, he did what any tech-savvy guru (his résumé includes stints at Myspace and eHarmony) would do: He tapped out his very own Angeleno-approved app.
The iPhone program (web and Droid versions coming soon!) not only features a GPS-style navigator, it also displays the interiors and exteriors in a user-friendly, Instagram-like feed. Feel free to "love" that awesome apartment listing, then revisit it later with your roommate by calling up your "favorites" section. Seriously, RadPad is that easy.
