Lady Gaga's BFF, Nicola Formichetti, may not be the neighbor to ask for a cup of sugar, but it might be worth it just to get a glimpse of his new, sure-to-be-awesome, month-long homestead. The Mugler designer is making himself comfortable in a $20,000-a-month rental on Greene Street — peanuts compared to Will Smith's $55,000 rental in NoHo, but still nothing to scoff at. With ample space, the first floor will be Formichetti's gallery, situated alongside the designer's office and archives. But we're kinda more curious to see what Gaga's BFF's personal kick-back space will look like. We're guessing it's gonna be a little dark, somewhat twisted, and, obviously fabulous—sounds like a great place to scope out the Gagster herself.
