We ourselves have wished for Missoni-print lined walls, couches, and rugs adorning our humble abodes — even if our budgets don't have the kind of scratch it would take to make those dreams reality. Well, thanks to a new partnership between the Italian brand and a French resort, that fantasy can become real — if only between check in and checkout. In the French Riveria’s Bay of Pampelonne, the Villa Marie Hotel is now taking reservations for their “Missioni Suite” — an exclusive space furnished and decorated by the design house. From its black-lacquered bed rests, to the printed upholstery, to the colorful rugs, everything bears the style and familiar motifs of Missoni. Add to that the fact that the Villa Marie is itself a European paradise — oh, and not far from Saint-Tropez — and you suddenly have one of the most glamourous vacation options on the planet. The room starts at 530€ ($706) a night which is, granted, a bit more moolah than it cost to buy in to Missoni’s recent Target line. But at least with a real reservation, you won’t have to worry about them being all out of rooms when you show up.
