Come September 10th, Los Angeles is going to be turned upside down for Fashion's Night Out, literally. Rodeo Drive will have carnival rides including a Ferris wheel on the famed Pretty Woman stretch of street, and now word comes that the main hub of action will be at, wait for it, the mall. That's right, folks, the Center Court at the Beverly Center will serve as the headquarters for the festivities. Geographically it makes sense, as it's halfway between Beverly Hill's posh stops like Missoni and Chanel and the equally highbrow but more low-key stores on Melrose Place (Oscar de la Renta, Marni, and the about-to-open Vanessa Bruno) but we're having a tough time seeing the fashionable elite hobnobbing at the food court.
