Earlier this year, Kindness (aka British synth whiz Adam Bainbridge) released World, You Need A Change Of Mind – a genre-hopping LP that ranged from misty new disco to the unlikeliest Replacements cover we’ve ever heard. Now, as something of a victory lap, Kindness is set to release its track “That’s Alright” as a new single, set to drop September 2. While not technically new, any excuse to post this amped-up New Jack Swing-leaning song is good enough for us. During a summer of great pop tunes, “That’s Alright” remains one of our favorites.
