It's no secret we love the feeling of a good spring cleaning around here, but seeing what our apartment actually looks like underneath the piles of clothes/papers/pet hair can leave us feeling a little, well, blah. Tomorrow and Thursday, they're putting on what can only be described as a giveaway-meets-scavenger hunt. To promote their March "All About Green" issue, they'll be placing 19 green chairs, made by some top furniture brands, in iconic locations all around the District. This game is finders-keepers, so if you're the first one to spot that chaise lounge-ing around the Jefferson Memorial, congrats! But if you're less inclined to go prowling the city snagging furniture, try your hand at the charity auction instead.
