There's a whole lot of development happening in Bayview of late and to celebrate a few of the grub spots opening in the area, three restaurants in the 'hood that aren't set to open for another month are giving residents and visitors a preview taste today. It's all a part of the Arts N Eats Festival, which will include local artwork courtesy of ArtSpan and free food from the soon-to-be-open soul-food spot Brown Sugar Kitchen, the scrumptious Peruvian eatery Limon Rotisserie, and the newest outpost of Fresh & Easy.
