Yep, it seems that while our tipster was stopping in the 24th Street brick-and-mortar shop (the latest location for the delicacy empire), she caught the brûlée-slinging man behind the counter sharing the company's plans to dip its whisks into the world of cheesecake!
This scrumptious endeavor makes sense, given The Creme Brûlée Cart's brand is based on yummy single-serving desserts in little cups. Cheesecake-on-the-go seems like a logical next step. No word on when the cheesy concoctions will happen, but we’re waiting here, utensils in hand!
