We assume that when Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick bought their 6,800-square-foot NYC townhouse for just under $19 million in 2011, they fully planned on living there. But, plans change and now they're selling the massive spread for $25 million (yes, $6 million more than their buying price). Of course, they put money into the place, renovating the six-bedroom "apartment" — unfortunately it didn't work out and they're cashing out, due to "lack of privacy." Looks like even the most expensive just-off-Fifth-Avenue walls can't keep the 'razzi out. Question is: Where will the duo finally end up parking their family of five? We're sure we'll find out....somehow. (OK!)
