This Sunday, the Gene Siskel Film Center at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago is hosting Oscar Night® America, Chicago’s only Academy-approved celebration. With the purchase of a $100 ticket (available online), the Center is offering a full evening of entertainment, including dinner by MJ Catering, a silent auction, raffles, and prizes. And if you feel like really splurging, a $200 VIP ticket will provide admission to the VIP theater, including a private bar and food service, as well as an extra-special gift bag. Either way, start practicing your acceptance speeches because Amanda Puck is hosting a red carpet for attendees and making sure everyone feels like a winner. We may not be nominated, but we’d definitely like to thank the Academy!
