It’s no secret that sex sells, but sometimes lust-packed campaigns just leave us feeling uncomfortable (we’re kinda modest that way). However, The Sex is in The Heel, the new ad campaign from Brian Atwood, strikes just the right balance between racy and intriguing. We’ve rewatched the video far too many times than we would care to admit, and each time we find our hearts beating just a wee bit faster.
As much as it plays up classic sexy elements (Think: 6-inch stilettos, long legs, and stunning women to name a few), there is something about this flick that still feels undeniably fresh. Of course, we wouldn’t expect anything less from Brian Atwood (his NYC store is opening September 27...repeat his NYC store is opening September 27), who has been an R29 favorite for quite some time now. Uh, have you seen him in person? (One word: Smoking.) Tell us: Are you feeling all hot 'n' bothered at your desk after watching this? We're jonesing for a heel ourselves.
