Our lovely pals at H&M have created a contest that can get you into the first weekend by simply tapping your smartphone screen at the right moment.
Just whip out your phone, snap a festival-inspired shot with Instagram, and upload it with the hashtag #HMCoachella, and you’ll automatically be entered. Your submission will appear on H&M’s Coachella site, where it will compete for votes. The top six will win two general-admission tickets each, and one lucky contestant from the top six – chosen by the public and the R29 editors – will be crowned H&M’s Official Instagrapher and will pick up two general-admission tickets and two VIP tickets, along with travel fare.
So, yeah, forget about snapping up secondhand passes on Craigslist. Just start shooting some festival-inspired photos, and you’ll be off to Coachella in a snap.
