Hye Yeon's super-saturated, two-toned ensemble has that head-turning effect, for sure. Blanketed in a patterned blue coat and so of-the-moment tangerine skirt, the showgoer brilliantly mixes brights. But — since we're all about the details — what completely drew us in was Hye's sleek, wide-brimmed hat in a complementary shade of navy. Topped to perfection, indeed.
