Here in Miami, we know ice cream. Those moments of enjoying the delectable, cool and refreshing taste of all things iced is what saves us from the scorching heat on the sweatiest days. So, what could be better than the Coolhaus ice cream truck serving gourmet, all-natural ice cream stuffed between two delicious cookies, all packaged together in an edible, kosher, vegan, calorie-free wrapper? Um, nothing. Seriously, we know we asked, but is that a trick question?
And it doesn’t stop there. These are no ordinary ice cream sandwiches; the flavors create some generous curiosity and many are not for the faint of heart. No fear, Coolhaus is whipping up special Valentine’s Day offerings so you can have your fella try them first. “His” flavor is Chocolate Chipotle and “Hers” is Strawberry Champagne Sorbet, but we suggest being generous and giving him a number of options so you can sneak off with some too.
